Sunday School

We have Sunday School for all ages at 10:00 am Sunday morning. We believe Sunday school is a great tool for discipleship and to be a part of a small group setting where you can grow in your faith together.

Kids

Nursery

We have nursery provided Sunday morning for ages 3 and under. Nursery workers will be in the nursery directly following Sunday school to check you child in.

Children’s Church

We have children’s church that starts about 11:30am which is optional for kids 4 years old to 9 years old

 

Youth group

Wednesday night the kids meet at 6:30. We have separate groups for teens and younger kids to play games, a time of Bible study, and dinner. This is a great opportunity for kids to interact with other Christian kids and grow closer to God and each other.

VBS

Kids in the community have a great time every year at our VBS. We have VBS for all ages including teenagers. We know your child will have a blast, hear life-changing lessons from God’s Word, and make lasting friendships with other Christians.

 

Teens

We know that the teenage years are very critical years in a child’s life. There are so many temptations teens deal with every day. It can be a confusing and difficult time for kids and parents. We believe it is essential to have your teens around other Christians friends that will hold them accountable and help strengthen one another in their faith. For that reason we try to invest in our teens by giving opportunities for them to have fun with other Christians while they grow in God’s Word and develop Godly relationships.

 

Adults

At Oakview we believe one of the greatest purposes and blessings of the church is cultivating Godly relationships. No Christian is called to go through life

alone. You will find Godly relationships and friendships no matter what age or stage of life you are in.

 

Outreach

At Oakview Baptist church we seek to fulfill the great commission of Jesus by actively living out the great commandment of Jesus of loving God and loving people. We look for ways that we can show the love of Christ to a world that desperately needs it.
